Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges — subject to the terms below. Goods may only be returned to
Bacchus Marsh Print & Copy Centre Pty Ltd (ABN 33 798 985 356), trading as Uniform Store on these conditions.
- A return will not be considered unless written authorisation, or an authorising email, has been
issued by us first. - Garments must be returned within 5 days of receipt, to the correct warehouse, with
copies of the original delivery documents. - Garments cannot be returned for change of mind. They can only be returned for exchange where the
garment is faulty or the wrong garment was sent. - Garments must still have their tags attached.
- Garments must be in the packaging you received them in, folded the same way, so that we can return
them to our supplier. - A $15 restacking and administration fee applies to all garments returned for
exchange. This covers the charges our manufacturers place on us when goods go back to them, freight and
handling, and the staff time involved. - We exchange; we do not refund.
- We only exchange the same garment style in a different size.
- Exchanges apply to undecorated garments only. Once a garment has been embroidered or printed it
cannot be returned. - We reserve the sole right to accept or refuse returned garments that are not in resaleable
condition, are not a returnable brand, or are outside the time frame above. - The customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from us in relation to an
exchange. - If you instruct us to ship garments directly to a decorator of your choosing, we are not
responsible for those garments once they have left our warehouse.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in
respect of goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Some brands cannot be returned or exchanged at all, because of their manufacturer’s own terms of
trade. Where that applies to something you have ordered, we will tell you at the time.
