Do you have minimum quantities per order?
In most cases, no — and we do not have a minimum spend either. Please note that for a small number of
product ranges we do have minimums imposed on us by the manufacturer, usually 10 units. This affects only a
very small part of our range.
You can order as many or as few garments as you want. That matters when you have already bought your
bulk range and then need one or two extra garments for a new staff member.
How much does freight cost?
Freight is a flat $25.00 (incl. GST) anywhere in Australia, and free on orders
of $1,000.00 (incl. GST) or more. See Freight & Delivery for dispatch
timeframes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location, so we cannot guarantee a date. As a guide,
dispatch takes 24–48 hours for undecorated orders, 2–4 weeks for a new order that needs decoration set-up,
and 5–14 working days for a repeat decorated order. Full detail is on the

How much does embroidery or printing cost?
Decoration is priced per garment and added when you add a product to your cart:
- Embroidery — small (up to 10,000 stitches, 100 mm) $8.80 per garment; large
(up to 40,000 stitches, 250 mm) $32.50 per garment. - DTF printing — small (up to 100 mm) $9.90; large (280 mm) $17.50; long
sleeve $14.50 per garment. - A one-off $66.00 set-up fee applies to a new embroidery logo. Repeat orders using a
logo we already hold are free of set-up. DTF printing has no set-up fee.
Positions available are left or right chest, left or right sleeve, small upper back and large back. You
upload your logo as part of the order.
Do quantity discounts apply?
Yes. Prices step down automatically in the cart as quantity increases: 51–100 garments 5% off, 101–250
10%, 251–500 20%, and 501 or more 30%. The discount applies to the garments, not to decoration
charges.
Can we order samples?
Yes, on the terms below. We cannot carry every garment as a sample, so there are two services.
In-house samples
- Must be returned within 7 days of receipt, or a $5 per garment fee applies for each
further week. - Refunded once returned, less a $5 process fee per garment.
- Refunded in full if you go on to place an order with us exceeding $1,000.
Manufacturer sizing samples
Where we do not hold a garment as an in-house sample, you order the actual product. These are ideal if
you need to see a specific colour and size before committing to a bulk order.
- Must be returned within 7 days of receipt, repacked exactly as you received them,
or we cannot accept them back. - Credited once returned, less a $15 process fee per garment, as charged to us by the
manufacturer. - Returned for credit only, not refund, and subject to the manufacturer’s approval
and their returns standards. - Some brands are excluded entirely by their manufacturer’s terms of trade. We will tell you if that
applies to something you want to sample.
What size should I order?
A size chart is included on the product page of almost every garment, which is where you place your
order.
Can we fax or telephone our order to you?
We are an online business, and keeping manual order entry down is part of how we keep prices low.
Ordering on the website also makes sure the right garments, sizes and decoration are recorded, and your
details stay confidential. Please place orders through the website.
Can I open a credit account?
Our orders are pre-paid before the order is accepted. For customers who spend over $50,000 with us in a
calendar year we will consider a 30-day account, subject to acceptance of our credit application terms and
conditions.
Do you have sales reps who can come to us?
No. We ran on-road reps in the past, but the cost of staff, cars, fuel, insurance and commissions had to
go on to our prices. Our model is online, at the lowest price we can manage.
Why are your prices cheaper than other sites?
Our business model is built to cut overheads and expenses so that we can pass the saving straight to the
market. By running online and keeping our costs down, our customers buy direct and save.
What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
Try the search box in the header — it searches product names and SKU codes, so if you have a style code
from a catalogue you can paste it straight in. You can also browse by category from the menu, or
contact us and we will find it for you. If it is available in our industry,
we will either have it or get it.
