Freight charges
Freight is charged at a flat rate of $25.00 (incl. GST) on all orders delivered
within Australia. Orders with a cart total of $1,000.00 (incl. GST) or more ship free.
For exceptionally large orders, or deliveries to remote locations where the shipping cost exceeds our
normal delivery and handling fee, we will contact you with the additional freight charge before
proceeding with your order.
Dispatch times
Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and your location, so we cannot give a guaranteed delivery
date. As a guide, orders are dispatched in:
- Undecorated orders — 24–48 hours
- New orders with decoration set-up — 2–4 weeks
- Repeat orders with decoration — 5–14 working days
- Deliveries to PO boxes — allow an extra week, as stock has to come in to us from
the warehouse before we can dispatch
Responsibility for delivery
Bacchus Marsh Print & Copy Centre Pty Ltd (ABN 33 798 985 356), trading as Uniform Store is a wholesaler and retailer of garments and branded apparel. We are not owned by, or in
partnership with, any freight company, and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or for a
failure to meet a required timeline.
While we are not legally liable for goods not arriving at a destination by a particular date, we will
make every effort and offer full support to make sure you get the goods as ordered. If your order does not
arrive, please tell us so we can track and trace the parcel.
We are not able to refund or exchange goods or money on the basis of a delivery being slower than
expected. It is the customer’s responsibility to order with enough time to allow for decoration and
delivery. Once an order has been dispatched from our premises or those of our suppliers, responsibility for
the delivery passes to the customer.
