These terms describe how orders, pricing, freight and decoration charges work on this store. Every commercial figure below matches the store’s live configuration.

By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST at 10%. Prices shown on product pages, in the cart and at checkout are GST-inclusive. Your tax invoice itemises the GST component separately.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.
3. Quantity discounts
Volume discounts apply automatically in the cart, based on the number of garments in each line:

Quantity discounts apply to garment prices only. They do not apply to decoration charges or setup fees described in section 5, or to freight.
4. Freight
Freight is a flat $25 per order within Australia. Orders with a GST-inclusive subtotal of $1,000 or more ship free.
We deliver within Australia only. Dispatch timeframes are:

These are dispatch estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has left our premises or those of our suppliers, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not a freight company and are not owned by or in partnership with one, and we are not liable for delays in delivery or for a failure to meet a required timeline. We will always endeavour to deliver on time, and if an order does not arrive please tell us so that we can track and trace the parcel. Please allow enough time for decoration and delivery when ordering.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title does not. Full legal and beneficial title to and ownership of the goods is retained by us until the whole of the money due under the invoice has been paid in full. Until then, each item remains our property and you are required to store the goods in a way that makes it clear they are our property.
5. Garment decoration (embroidery and printing)
Decoration is optional and priced per garment, in addition to the garment price:

Embroidery setup fee
A $66.00 setup fee applies to embroidery of a new logo, to digitise your artwork. Repeat orders using a logo we have already digitised carry no setup fee — select “Repeat order” at checkout.
The setup fee is charged once per garment style per order, and is not affected by quantity: ordering 500 of one style incurs the fee once. If a single order includes the same new logo across several different garment styles, the fee applies to each style.
DTF printing carries no setup fee.
Logo positions
Available positions are left chest, right chest, left sleeve, right sleeve, small upper back and large back.
Your artwork
You may upload artwork in JPG, PNG or PDF format, up to 8 MB. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that our reproducing it on garments will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You remain responsible for the content of your artwork.
We may contact you if artwork is unsuitable for the chosen decoration method or size. Colours reproduced in embroidery thread or print may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
6. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order, including where stock is unavailable or where a price or product description was published in error.
Orders are pre-paid. An order is only processed on the basis that payment is made at the time the order is placed. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Prices, and quotes for goods, decoration, freight and additional charges, are subject to change without notice, and goods are invoiced at the price ruling at the date of dispatch. We will always endeavour to keep published prices current, and you will receive an invoice showing the correct amounts and freight charges before your order commences.
For customers who have spent over $50,000 with us in a calendar year, we may agree to open a 30-day account, subject to acceptance of our credit application terms and conditions. Where an account is overdue, we are entitled to charge all costs and expenses reasonably incurred in recovering money owed, including legal fees, process server charges and collection agent expenses.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Decorated garments cannot be returned or refunded once decoration has begun, because they are made to your specification and cannot be resold. Please check sizes, quantities, colours, logo position and artwork carefully before ordering.
Once an order is in production it cannot be changed in any way or cancelled. Before that point, all costs already incurred in the production of the order will be charged if it is cancelled, including any payment-processing fees we have already paid. Where goods are ordered in specially for you, or manufactured to your own specifications, no returns, changes or cancellations are accepted. If the quantity or product ordered is altered after quoting or invoicing, the price is subject to change.
For undecorated stock garments, we accept exchanges on the following terms:
- A return must be authorised by us in writing, or by email, before it is sent.
- Garments must be returned within 5 days of receipt, to the warehouse we nominate, with copies of the original delivery documents.
- Garments cannot be returned for change of mind. They may be returned for exchange where the garment is faulty or the wrong garment was supplied.
- Garments must still have their tags attached, and be in the packaging you received them in, folded the same way.
- A $15 restocking and administration fee applies to each garment returned for exchange.
- We exchange the same garment style in a different size; we do not refund.
- You are responsible for all freight charges to and from us in relation to an exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse garments that are not in resaleable condition or are outside the time frame above.
Where an order is delivered with missing or incorrect items, we will determine whether to refund, backorder, or supply new or replacement items.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under it. Where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us and we will resolve it in accordance with those guarantees, regardless of the paragraphs above.
8. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and images are supplied by our manufacturers. Garment colours on screen may differ from the physical product. Sizing follows each manufacturer’s own size charts, which vary between brands.
We try to keep stock information accurate but do not warrant that any item is available. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a partial dispatch or a refund.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid for them.
Product descriptions, specifications and images on this website are supplied by our manufacturers, and given the nature of the internet we cannot guarantee that any data transmission is completely secure. While we take precautions to protect the information you send us, you transmit it at your own risk; once we receive it, we take reasonable steps to preserve its security. If you become aware of any problem with the security of this website, please tell us immediately.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of these terms, which will continue in full force and effect. If you access this website from a jurisdiction other than Victoria, Australia, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction to the extent that they apply.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
